Queensland Australia 20/11/1951. My Parents were Clifford George Wilson Castree
and Beryl Mavis Young. I have Two sisters Lynette Ruth and Sheryl Ann. The
family movements are:- Crows Nest, Wynnum (Brisbane), Cooranga North, Manly
(Brisbane), Cedar Pocket (via Gympie) then Gympie City. Pedigree is as

This line comes from Hereford ENGLAND. George CASTREE
married Ann PRICHARD in Orcop England on the 16th September 1885. They left
London England on the 13th July 1887 for Australia. They sailed on the "Duke of
Devonshire" of 3000 tons and arrived in Brisbane on the 13th September 1887.
They travelled 2nd. class and stopped at Townsville, Rockhampton and Maryborough
on the way. The ships surgeon was Supt. Dr. Cunningham and Matron Mrs. Symes.

Henry YOUNG was a military man a Sergeant in the Duke of Cornwall Light
infantary(1882) John Henry(21y) married Caroline Maude Berry (19y) on the 13th
September 1882 in (?) England. They came to Australia aboard the "Merkara"
and landed at Cooktown on the11th May 1883.
